It is thanks to the warm support and cooperation of our customers, shareholders, and business partners that we are able to start the new year in this way.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you.

In 2024, GMO Internet Group established GMO AI & Robotics Corporation as an important step in the “second half of the Internet Revolution. Our goal is to serve as a bridge between the AI and robotics industries, and to provide solutions that combine our strengths in Internet infrastructure and security technologies, thereby helping to solve social issues such as the declining workforce.

In 2025, we have shifted to a new group structure in order to realize a “corporate group that will endure for 100 years.
On January 1, Access, Domain, and Cloud Hosting, which have been the cornerstones of the group for 28 years, will be taken over by GMO AD Partners Inc.
The company will change its name to GMO Internet, Inc. and start anew.
This will enable quick and flexible decision-making and accelerate efforts to support the AI and robotics revolution.

At the same time, GMO Internet Group, Inc. will transition to a holding company.
We will strengthen our support structure for the approximately 110 group companies and further enhance group synergies.
This year, our approximately 8,000 group partners will work as one to power through the second half of the Internet Revolution and create smiles and excitement for everyone.
