GMO INTERNET GROUP RUNNING TEAM Running Workshops To Be Held in Saitama

On Saturday, March 9, 2024, 10 members of the GMO INTERNET GROUP RUNNING TEAM, whose main training base is in Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama, participated as running workshop instructors at the "Saitama Sports Festival 2024 in Higashimatsuyama."
The event was organized by the Saitama Sports Festival Executive Committee.

The running workshops were attended by approximately 350 participants, exceeding our maximum capacity.

The running workshops were organized and planned by the athletes themselves. The event was divided in two sessions: a morning session for parents and children, and an afternoon session for general runners.

In the morning session, we focused on programs for beginners and elementary school students, featuring exercises to develop quick reflexes and proper body movement techniques.

Meanwhile, the afternoon session offered advanced programs including stretching exercises, drills using ladders and mini hurdles, and other comprehensive routines.

At the end of programs, we organized relays and interaction time to directly engage with the athletes.
Throughout the day, our running workshops offered an enjoyable exercise experience for people of all ages.

GMO INTERNET GROUP RUNNING TEAM will continue to foster connections with the local community and citizens, particularly in Saitama, our main training base. We aim to bring smiles and inspiration to our support in various ways.
