Notice of Board of Director Candidate Appointments

The GMO Internet, Inc. Board of Directors agreed at a meeting convened today to put forward the two new candidates to serve on the Board of Directors (including Audit Committee Member) to the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on March 30, 2020. All of the current 19 members’ terms expire at the end of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on March 30, 2020, and all but 1 member is nominated to serve another term.
