FY2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Exercising voting rights in advance and live streaming

The Company has decided to revise the schedule of the FY2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and hold it on a smaller scale than usual, with the priority on shareholder safety, in order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.

If you are considering attending the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, please pay attention to and check your health condition beforehand. Please consider the following points before deciding whether to attend: underlying medical problem; age; and pregnancy.

Shareholders can exercise their voting rights online, and live streaming will be made available on the day, so the shareholders can avoid coming to the venue. Please check the system requirements beforehand.
