Notice Regarding Results of Tender Offer for Treasury Shares and Completion of Acquisition by GMO Financial Holdings, Our Consolidated Subsidiary

GMO Internet, Inc. hereby announces that consolidated subsidiary, GMO Financial Holdings, Inc. (JASDAQ: 7177) has resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on September 15, 2020, the matters concerning the acquisition of treasury stock and a tender offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Tender Offer"), and conducted the Tender Offer since September 16, 2020. We also announce that the Tender Offer has ended as of October 15, 2020.
