Notice of Change of Company Name and Notice of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation

At a meeting of the GMO Internet Board of Directors convened today, it was resolved to submit the proposals regarding the change in company name and amendments to part of the company’s Articles of Incorporation at the extraordinary shareholders meeting to be held on August 9, 2022.
