Notice Regarding Passing of Director and Change in Director

GMO Internet Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) regrets to advise that its Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member), Koichi Tachibana, suddenly passed away on November 7, 2022. As such, his position as Director was vacated on the same day. The Company wishes to express its profound gratitude for the cordial friendship extended to him prior to his passing.
