Notice of Change in the Accounting Period (the Last Day of the Business Year) and Amendment to Articles of Incorporation

GMO Internet Group, Inc. announced that on December 5, 2022, its Board of Directors passed a resolution to submit the proposals regarding the change in the accounting period (the last day of the business year) and an amendment to Articles of Incorporation to the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be convened on December 23, 2022.
