Announcement Regarding Cancellation of Change in the Accounting Period (the Last Day of the Business Year) and Amendment to Articles of Incorporation and Cancellation of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

(the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company has resolved, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, to cancel the change in the accounting period (the last day of the business year) and an amendment to Articles of Incorporation resolved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 5, 2022, and to cancel the extraordinary shareholders meeting scheduled to be held on December 23, 2022.
