Update to the Overseas Subsidiary to Withdraw the Application to List Its Shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand

GMO Internet Group, Inc. hereby announces that its consolidated subsidiary, GMO Financial Holdings, Inc. (Standard: 7177) has announced that its consolidated subsidiary GMO-Z com Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited has withdrawn the application to list its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, because it is in the red for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2022, regarding the application on May 13, 2022, as announced in the press release "Notice of Application by the Overseas Subsidiary to List Its Shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand" published on May 16, 2022.
