Notice Regarding Transfer of Fixed Assets (Beneficial Interest in Trust)

GMO Internet Group, Inc. (the Company) hereby announces that our Board of Directors has resolved at a meeting held on July 18, 2023, resolved to transfer fixed assets (trust beneficiary rights) owned by the company.
As this transfer is a transaction with a wholly-owned subsidiary, we anticipate that it will have a minimal impact on the consolidated accounts.
