Notice of Board of Director Candidate Appointments

The GMO Internet Group, Inc. Board of Directors agreed at a meeting convened today on the proposal regarding Board of Director candidates to be submitted at the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on March 21, 2024.
The terms of all of the members (except for 1 of the Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) expire at the end of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on March 21, 2024. The number of directors will be 9, out of which 3 are Independent External Directors, so the Independent External Directors will comprise a minimum of a third of its Board of Directors.
