Notice Regarding the Reorganization of the Internet Infrastructure Business

GMO Internet Group, Inc. (“the Company”) hereby announces that, at the Board of Directors meeting held today, the Company has resolved to transfer the shares of 11 consolidated subsidiaries engaged in the Internet infrastructure business overseas (hereinafter referred to as the "Overseas Subsidiaries") to its consolidated subsidiary, GMO Internet Inc. (TSE Prime: 4784, hereinafter referred to as "GMO-I"), as detailed below.
