New Lyric Search Available from Browser Address Bar
Tokyo – September 3, 2007 – GMO Internet Group company JWord, the company that operates the Japanese Internet search tool of the same name today launches Lyric Search in partnership with SECONDVISION LIMITED. The new service makes it possible to search for a song name by entering a line of the song into the address bar.
The Partnership
The JWord / SECONDVISION partnership was formed in February this year when registered JWord links to official artist sites were incorporated into the free Lyric Search site operated by SECONDVISION.
The new Lyric Search service broadens the relationship between the two companies and provides an improved service.
Lyric Search
Users enter a line from a song followed by the symbol “♪” directly into their browser’s address bar to search the lyric site’s database of around 43,000 songs. The service makes it possible to find a song without knowing the title by searching a range of genres including J-POP, anime and enka.
* The JWord plug-in must be installed to use this service.

JWord now offers eight search categories including weather information and stock prices accessible from the address bar of an Internet browser.
KashiGET (The Lyric Search Site)
KashiGET is a service that allows viewers to search for song lyrics from around 43,000 songs and view them for free. Users can search for lyrics in a specific genre, by song name, artist name and lyric. They can also listen to and view part of the song. This unique site also allows users to post their own song lyrics and create blogs.
JWord
