GMO Media Introduces Photo Test to Determine Compatibility in Love and Friendship

Tokyo – September 20, 2007 – GMO Internet Group company GMO Media officially opens the free compatibility test service Purican Kakumei – Love Compatibility. The compatibility test, available on the Purican Kakumei mobile web site building service for young women, analyzes images to determine compatibility between two people.
*Available on DoCoMo, au and SoftBank mobile devices (excluding some models)

About the Compatibility Test
Available on the Purican Kakumei site this service allows users to find out how compatible they are with another person simply by using their cell phone to send in photos. The person’s unique algorithms are analyzed and other factors observed to ascertain compatibility.


Use it test your compatibility with someone you know or even a celebrity.

How to Test Compatibility
Using a photo of two people to test compatibility in love or friendship
(1) Take a photo of you and a friend, partner or potential partner using your cell phone.
(2) Go to the service web site and select Friendship Compatibility Test or Love Compatibility Test.
(3) Click on Start Test.
(4) An e-mail window will open. Attach the picture you took in step one and send it without changing the subject line text.
(5) You will receive a URL by e-mail. Click on the URL to connect to the site.
(6) Your test results are displayed.
 
Using two individual photos to test compatibility in love or friendship
(1) Prepare photos of the two individuals to be tested.
(2) Go to the service web site and select Friendship Compatibility Test or Love Compatibility Test.
(3) Click on Start Test.
(4) An e-mail window will open. Attach the pictures you prepared in step one and send them without changing the subject line text.
(5) You will receive a URL by e-mail. Click on the URL to connect to the site.
(6) Your test results are displayed.
 
Purican Kakumei
Launched in June 2007, Purican Kakumei, is a free mobile web site building site aimed at young women university students. The site offers extensive reading content for young women in addition to web site building features.

In 2007, IP4 Inc, the company that holds the merchandising rights for the rabbits, released a collection of rabbits designed in collaboration with women university students for Purican Kakumei. These rabbits in a range of variations and themes appear on the compatibility test results pages.
