Magclick Subsidiary GMO Mobile Takes Over Mailing List Service Sugu.CC
 
Tokyo – October 1, 2007 – Magclick, Inc. mobile media subsidiary GMO Mobile, Inc. has agreed to take over the free mobile phone mailing list service, sugu.CC and form an advertising and development partnership with the company Unoh, Inc.                                                   
Magclick is a GMO Internet Group company.   
 
Outline of the Partnership
Under the corporate concept, “Internet for Everyone” Magclick is working to strengthen sales and product development and establish a strong position in the Internet advertising field. In the mobile Internet advertising market we are seeing significant growth in the use of sophisticated devices with rich media capability and the expansion of packet data fee structures.
In order to strengthen the mobile advertising business at Magclick, mobile media subsidiary GMO Mobile has taken over free mobile mailing list, sugu.CC and formed a product planning and development partnership with Unoh.  
Sugu.CC will be operated in conjunction with existing GMO Mobile mobile mail magazine distribution service, Merumo to promote its use, strengthen usability and build media earnings. The development of new functions and system operation of sugu.CC will remain in the hands of the experienced mobile service developer, Unoh.
 
About sugu.CC
Sugu.CC is a free mailing list service for mobile phones that allows users to manage mailing lists by mobile phone mail. This mailing list service is aimed at the youth market, it is available on DoCoMo, au, SoftBank and WILLCOM mobile devices (excluding some models) and is capable of handling photos and emoticons from each of the carriers.

Unoh, Inc.
Unoh is an innovative developer and operator of Internet media. Their sites include leading Japanese movie site, Eiga Seikatsu, and photo/video site, Photozou. They provide fun and interesting services through the Internet from Japan to the world.
