Magclick Enters Capital Partnership with Unoh
 
Tokyo – October 31, 2007 – GMO Internet Group company Magclick, Inc. yesterday acquired 200 shares (2.5% ownership) in the company Unoh, Inc. forming a capital partnership between the two companies.
The partnership will strengthen the tie-up between mobile media subsidiary, GMO Mobile and Unoh in the development and advertising product planning for free mobile mailing list service sugu.CC as well as strengthen our mobile advertising business.
 
Outline of the Capital Partnership
Under the GMO Internet Group corporate concept, “Internet for Everyone” Magclick is working to strengthen sales and product development and establish a strong position in the Internet related advertising field. In the Internet advertising market there has been has significant growth in the mobile advertising field over the past few years. Through mobile media subsidiary GMO Mobile we are strengthening and expanding business in this area. 
Prior to the partnership between Magclick and Unoh, in September this year GMO Mobile had already established a business partnership with Unoh, taking over operation of the Unoh developed mobile phone free mailing list service, sugu.CC and working on joint advertising product planning and development.
Magclick and Unoh have now entered a capital partnership to further solidify the relationship between the two companies. The new capital partnership will further strengthen ties between the two companies under the sugu.CC partnership and build a strong Internet service development and expansion relationship.
 
About sugu.CC
Sugu.CC is a free mailing list service for mobile phones that allows users to manage mailing lists by mobile phone mail. This mailing list service is aimed at the youth market. It is available on DoCoMo, au, SoftBank and WILLCOM mobile devices (excluding some models) and is capable of handling photos and emoticons of each of the carriers.
Sugu.CC is operated in conjunction with existing GMO Mobile mobile mail magazine distribution service, Merumo to promote its use, strengthen usability and build media earnings. The development of new functions and system operation of sugu.CC remains in the hands of the experienced mobile service developer, Unoh.

Unoh, Inc.
Unoh is an innovative developer and operator of Internet media. Their sites include, leading Japanese movie site, Eiga Seikatsu, and photo/video site, Photozou. They provide fun and interesting services through the Internet from Japan to the world.
 
GMO Mobile, Inc.
GMO Mobile was established by Magclick on July 2 this year to capture the rapidly growing mobile media market. The company is energetically building its media development and currently operates Merumo, a mail magazine service that caters to around a million users. GMO Mobile aims to provide services that make life a little easier.
