Internet Number Service Introduced to Net Town Navi 81 on Actvila Television Internet
Tokyo – December 5, 2007 – GMO Internet Group company, INTERNET Number Corporation (INN) in a partnership with Chiiki Jouhou Bank KK (LIB), last Saturday introduced the easy web site access by numbers service, Internet Number to Net town navi 81. Net town navi 81 is a local area information portal site operated by LIB on Actvila. The new partnership makes it possible to access local area information on Net town navi 81 simply by entering numbers.
The Partnership
The INN Internet Number service does away with the need for entering complex URLs into a browser address bar and allows registered websites to be accessed simply by entering a number in to the browser address bar on a PC or the entry box on a mobile phone.
Actvila is a new broadband Internet service for digital television. The partnership between the two companies makes it possible for users to easily access the site they are looking for on Net town navi 81 using the Internet Number service.
About Internet Number on Net Town Navi 81
Users simply use their remote control to enter the Internet number into the “Number Gate” on the Net town navi 81 site for easy access to web sites. This is a convenient service for a wide range of users including those that have difficulty with computers or using keyboards, it makes accessing a website as easy as changing the channel!

Net town navi 81
Net town navi 81 is a local area information portal service accessible from PC, mobile phone and television (Actvila). The service offers customers that want to register retail or business information, an Internet Number, QR Code URL management function and a service that allows them to automatically create a web site. Web sites registered at Net town navi 81 are allocated an 8 digit Internet number that includes 81 and the local area code, or an INN premium number (a series of 1-6 digits). The registered site can then be accessed simply by entering the number on a PC, mobile phone or other device. Registered sites can use the allocated Internet Number in advertisements in other forms of media to guide customers to their site through mediums including Actvila television Internet.
