GMO Internet Launches High Speed Mobile Connection at ISP Server Service ZERO
Tokyo – June 24, 2008 – GMO Internet provider service ZERO, yesterday launched High Speed Mobile Connection, the fast mobile communication service that uses the latest HSDPA*1 communication technology, from EMOBILE Ltd.
*1: HSDPA（High Speed Downlink Packet Access）is a high speed wireless communication method that makes possible packet communication (mobile base station to phone) at a download speed of up to 14.4 Mbps (in theory).
High Speed Mobile Connection
The new ZERO High Speed Mobile Connection service is a next generation mobile communication service that uses the latest HSDPA communication technology to offer the fastest communication speed in the industry *2, up to 7.2Mbps *3.
The new service gives users access to ADSL and broadband even when they are out of the office or away on a business trip. The data terminal uses a USB type connection for use with mini note books, mobile phones and other non PC card compatible devices. The service is compatible with Windows and Mac Operating Systems.

High Speed Mobile Connection Plans
Customers can select from two low priced ZERO High Speed Mobile Connection plans.
Plan 1: Fixed Rate Plan
This plan offers a fixed rate regardless of how many packets are used. Ideal for heavy users.
Plan 2: Two Stage Rate Plan
Plan 2: Two Stage Rate Plan
A two-stage fixed rate plan based on packet usage. Customers can download a certain number of packets for a fixed price, if they exceed that number a metered rate is charged. This service is suited to customers whose usage level differs from month to month.
