Change in Company Name in GMO Internet Group Company
Tokyo- October 31, 2008 – At a Board of Directors meeting convened today of GMO Internet Group company GMO Hosting & Security, Inc. (TSE MOTHERS: 3788) it was resolved to change* the name of consolidated subsidiary and provider of digital authentication services, GlobalSign K.K at an extraordinary meeting of the subsidiary’s shareholders to be convened on November 11, 2008.
*Please note the change of name applies only to the Japanese company name. There is no change to the company name in English.
