GMO Internet the Only Company in Japan to Receive 3-Stars in ISP Industry Customer Service Ranking

Tokyo-January 17, 2007 -- GMO Internet was the only company to be awarded the highest possible three-star ranking in ISP industry customer service ratings announced today by HDI Japan. HDI-Japan is the Japanese arm of Help Desk Institute, the international support service industry association.
Every month, HDI-Japan Customer Support Ratings evaluates a different industry from a customer perspective using evaluation criteria based on HDI international standards. Companies in the industry are assigned a ranking between zero and three stars. In November 2006 the investigation targeted the ISP industry and companies were evaluated on both performance and quality. Not only did GMO Internet receive the highest evaluation among companies investigated, it was also the only company in Japan to receive a three-star ranking.

We are now able to make an initial response to 97% of e-mail inquiries within nine minutes.
