Notification of Capital and Business Partnership with Objective of Establishing Android Application Market Business

Tokyo - September 6, 2010 -- In a GMO Internet Board of Directors meeting convened today, it was resolved to enter into a capital and business partnership agreement with Acrodea, Inc, a company who owns technology that enables a single application to be easily run on multiple devices and operating systems. The objective of the partnership is to develop an Android application marketplace business. At the same time it was resolved to subscribe to new shares issued by Acrodea in a private placement (capital increase through issuance of new shares to a specific third party).
