Dissolution of a Subsidiary
- GMO Internet, Inc.
Tokyo – January 19, 2007--At a meeting today of the GMO NetCard Board of Directors it was decided that in order to adjust the loans and credit business platform as a result of law amendments, the GMO NetCard subsidiaries Miki Shoji and Jaxon would be dissolved after transferring their loan assets to GMO NetCard on February 6, 2006. GMO NetCard is a consolidated subsidiary of GMO Internet.
The impact of this on consolidated financial results will be minor.
