Upward Revision to Consolidated Earnings Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending December 2012
Tokyo – August 1, 2012 -- GMO Internet, Inc. today convened a Board of Directors meeting that agreed to upwardly revise forecast consolidated results for the fiscal year ending December 2012. (The initial forecast for this period was announced on February 8, 2012 as part of the Fiscal Year 2011 Results Statement). The company will announce second quarter results in the current fiscal year on August 6, 2012.
