Campaign Launched to Celebrate New Hardware
Tokyo – June 6, 2007 -- GMO Hosting & Security brand iSLE, on Monday upgraded the Private Server Service with even greater disk capacity and more memory. Private Server Service is a dedicated hosting service that offers 203 customizations for a server that can handle the heavy load required to manage a large scale web site or operate a database server. To celebrate the improved service we have launched the New Hardware Celebration Campaign.

To be able to offer this kind of web server environment, iSLE has now strengthened its dedicated hosting service, Private Server Service to create a high performance server environment capable of handling high loads.
Private Server Service – Improved Features
The Private Server Service dedicated hosting service offers 203 customizations that make it possible to achieve the optimum server environment for each customer. We have expanded the lineup of customizable features for the Private Server Service, Custom Series.
Customizations
New 320GB/160GB Large Capacity Hard Disk
We have added a maximum capacity 320GB hard disk and a 160GB hard disk. Select from eleven types of hardware to best meet your company’s requirements. Varying hard disks, CPUs and memory capacity, with or without RAID.
New CPU XeonLV
We offer the Intel CPU, Xeon LV with high operation throughput function, Dual Core for better server processing power and performance. Customers can operate high-load applications.
Up to 4GB Memory Upgrade Now Available
Until now we have offered memory upgrades of up to 2GB. Now it is possible to upgrade memory by up to 4GB. This is a major improvement in server stability and processing capacity.
The New Hardware Celebration Campaign
On Monday we launched the New Hardware Celebration Campaign to celebrate our improved service. The campaign offers server implementation support and a reduced financial burden for customers. We are giving up to ￥50,000 cash back on new contracts.
Private Server Service
Private Server Service is a dedicated hosting service that allows customers to create there own server plans by selecting hardware and server support options. We offer customers free consulting and a broad support structure.
Free Consulting for Time-Saving, Anxiety Free Server Implementation
We offer free face-to-face consulting to help our customers select the optimum solution from our extensive service lineup of 203 combinations of hardware, memory, OS etc. Our experienced consultants have operated over 3,000 servers and can recommend the ideal server and network environments for each customer’s needs.
High Customer Satisfaction – 24-hour-a-day 365-day-a-year Support Service*
We offer a broad support service that is ready to handle everything from inquiries by customers new to server operation to help for customers experiencing server trouble. Customers can contact us 24 hours a day 365 days a year on our free telephone hotline or by e-mail to receive sound server operation support advice.
*Only available to customers who have selected the Nature’s Linux OS.
Data Insurance – Optional Service
Data Insurance is free with the firewall option for dedicated and shared servers. Insurance includes IT business liability insurance and data and media insurance. Data restoration expenses for damage incurred by the customer through unauthorized access to important data or programs, computer viruses etc. are all covered as well as liability claims from third parties regarding lost earnings sustained in a server outage or personal information leakages.
