Tokyo – June 5, 2007 -- The GMO Internet provider service, interQ MEMBERS is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Since its launch in October 1997 the service has been able to provide support to many customers. We are launching a special 10 year anniversary web site to express our appreciation and we are giving away some fantastic prizes to kick off the celebrations.

We aimed to provide services like the Dot com Value Pack Plan with original domains that are not available from other companies. We have striven to improve our service by offering an extensive free support service 24 hours a day, all year round. We provide more users with the opportunity to connect to the Internet by not only accepting credit card payments but also accepting payments at convenience stores and by bank transfer.
In January we were the only company to be awarded the highest possible three-star ranking in ISP industry customer service ratings by HDI-Japan. HDI-Japan is the Japanese arm of Help Desk Institute, the international support service industry institution
interQ MEMBERS continues to provide services that fulfill the demands and expectations of our customers. We aim to inspire our customers and to make them smile.
