Advertising Distribution Service Launch
Tokyo – June 18, 2007 – On June 1st this year GMO AdNetworks, the company that operates the FeedBurner RSS management service launched the RSS advertising distribution service FeedBurner Advertising Network.
Part of the FeedBurner Advertising Network product lineup is the Premium Blog Pack (IT/Digital). The ad network offers advertising in a package of RSS feeds distributed by popular bloggers discussing current themes. This is a highly effective method of reaching a specific audience and activating word of mouth advertising.
FeedBurner Advertising Network
FeedBurner Advertising Network is an RSS advertisement distribution service that reaches RSS subscribers by publishing advertisements on the RSS feeds distributed by media (websites). At FeedBurner we are now approaching media (web sites) and many sites including major news sites and specialist information sites are already participating in our RSS advertising distribution service. We aim to further increase participation and become the largest RSS (Feed) advertising network in Japan.
Premium Blog Pack
The Premium Blog Pack (IT/Digital version) makes it possible to target advertising to RSS (feed) subscribers. We deliver to readers valuable information and quality themes at the same time as promoting popular blogs with regular readerships as advertising media. The unique FeedBurner RSS advertising distribution service makes it possible to target advertising to regular readers of a blog (RSS subscribers to that blog).
The blog pack ensures Internet users always receive detailed, up-to-date information and provides effective advertising media that directly reaches RSS feed subscribers (currently around one million per month), a group recognized as being particularly open to word of mouth communication.
